Our Delivery methodology incorporates all the steps required for seamless delivery of tasks by C&R from the moment the decision to outsource to C&R is taken by the CPA/CA Firms. The methodologies include actions required both by the CPA/CA Firms and C&R.

Initiation Procedure:

  • Signing of NDA and Contracts.
  • Choice of Technology Model.
  • Workflow setup (done either using CNRCRM tool or Client chosen Workflow tool).
  • Access to the client data using:
    • Cloud
    • Remote Desktop Connection
    • Workflow tool

 

Delivery Methodology:

  • Allocation of work to the staff.
  • Review and sorting of documents. Reach out to the customer for additional information.
  • Commence the book keeping engagement based on the documents provided.
  • Review the book keeping work and seek clarification if any required from the client.
  • Sign off the book keeping engagement.
  • Inform the customer of completion using workflow tool and deliver the processed document by uploading in Cloud or RDP or Workflow Tool.

  • Commence the tax returns processing based on the documents provided.
  • Review the processed tax returns and seek clarification if any required from the client.
  • Sign off the tax return processing engagement.
  • Inform the customer of completion using the workflow tool and deliver the processed document by uploading in Cloud or RDP or Workflow Tool.

Initiation Procedure:

  • Review of Documents along with Trial Balance provided and revert to the customer if any additional information is required.
  • Compile the financial statements as per the generally accepted accounting principles and prepare other schedules with the Templates available.
  • Review the financial statements and seek clarification if any required from the client.
  • Review the processed tax returns and seek clarification if any required from the client.
  • Signing off the compilation engagement in CaseWare, etc.
  • Inform the customer of completion through workflow tool and deliver the processed document by uploading in Cloud or RDP or Workflow Tool.

  • Review of Documents along with General Ledgers provided, update the Knowledge of Client Business checklist and setup the Materiality threshold for Review purposes.
  • Allocation of work to the staff.
  • Conduct the review procedures for Balance Sheet items and Income Statement and seek clarification or additional information from the client.
  • Review the financial statements and seek clarification if any required from the client.
  • Update the Working Papers, Schedules and Review Checklist Procedure based on client communication.
  • Review the financial statements, Working Papers and update the notes to the financial statements. Seek clarification/information, if any required.
  • Signing off the compilation engagement in CaseWare & Working Papers.
  • Inform the customer of completion using workflow tool and deliver the processed document by uploading in Cloud or RDP or Workflow Tool.
